Advisory: Clinical Viewer may lose "Standard Types" on Upgrade

March 1, 2021 – Advisory: Clinical Viewer may lose "Standard Types" on Upgrade

InterSystems has corrected a defect affecting data displayed in the Clinical Viewer when layouts are migrated from versions prior to 15.03 to 15.03 and then on to 2019.1.

This defect occurs only when a customer imports a layout from a version of HealthShare prior to 15.03 into 15.03, and then later imports that layout into version 2019.1. In this scenario, some "standard types" may be lost. This causes some pages in the Clinical Viewer to display incorrectly, with missing configuration settings.

The Clinical Viewer in version 2019.1 should contain 617 standard types. If you believe that you are missing some standard types, please contact the Worldwide Response Center (WRC) for assistance.

The correction for this defect is identified as HSCV-6629 and will be included in all future product releases. It is also available via Ad hoc from the WRC.
