Francois joined InterSystems in November 2010, after earning a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA). Over his career, he has contributed in Support, Implementation, and Sales Engineering, following HealthShare customers and prospects all around the world, with a strong technical focus on providing solutions to the most challenging requirements and regional market regulations (cybersecurity, privacy, interoperability). Francois’s current involvement in the Solution Innovation team includes this ongoing mission of ensuring customer success, point-of-contact between regional teams and corporate resources and implementation of new solution offerings and cloud services for global markets.

Luca Ravazzolo is the Product Manager responsible for the strategy and the technologies used for the cloud enablement of the new InterSystems IRIS data platform. He focuses on leveraging the best of breed technologies to optimize processes that provide solutions to market needs. He has more than 20 years of experience working as a technology architect, sales engineer and full stack developer across Europe. Luca studied Computer Science at the University of West London and gained his MBA from Robert Kennedy College in Switzerland.
