Mike connects ideas and people to support digital transformation. After 20 years’ experience in Information Technology, he joined InterSystems in the UK in 2000 as regional director of marketing. He is continuously curious and loves that we live in a data-driven, digitally immersed world that enables him to share stories to help organisations achieve differentiated, valuable customer experiences and the best long-term outcomes.

He works with InterSystems partners who deliver innovative applications and services using its data and interoperability platforms for healthcare, financial services, supply chain management and other markets. InterSystems also leads internationally in the creation and delivery of unified solutions for electronic patient records, health information exchanges, and laboratories, and Mike supports the communications vital for the success of the eHealth transformation programmes that they underpin.

Andy Hayler
Practice Leader - Data as an Asset, Bloor Research
Andy is a seasoned software industry expert and independent strategy consultant. He founded Kalido, which became the fastest-growing business intelligence vendor in 2001 and launched the first true master data management product. Named one of Red Herring’s “Top 10 Innovators of 2002,” Andy also pioneered blogging with his award-winning “Andy On Enterprise Software” blog.

He began his career at Esso, then moved to Shell, where he held roles including Technology Planning Manager and Principal Technology Consultant. Andy later founded a global information management consultancy, growing it to 300 staff.
